Six documents exist across all project sessions. Below is the definitive list of latest versions, what each contains, and where it lives.

Section 02

What Each Document Contains

01 · Concept Paper / Deck — V0.2

The main three-part document. The authoritative product story.

• Part 1 — Concept Brief. Problem, product, positioning. Readable in 5 minutes.
• Part 2 — Problem Stack / Technical Brief. Pipeline, architecture, honest challenges.
• Part 3 — Deep Dive. Failure modes, four-layer moat, MIDI vs audio table, V1→V2 bridge.

Design system: Warm off-white (#F5F2EE), burnt orange-red (#E8380D), JetBrains Mono + Syne + DM Sans. Target audience: investors, collaborators, technical partners.

02 · RECAST One-Pager — Light v3

Single-page overview. Earlier name was RECAST, now REPLOT. The concept is the same.

Note: Two versions exist — dark (original) and light (v3). Light is the current preferred version.

03 · Technical Architecture — V1.0

Standalone 9-page technical deep dive. File named replot_tech_architecture_v5.pdf — v5 is an internal iteration count, V1.0 is the external version label.

04 · V2/V3 Diff One-Pager — V1.0

Documents what changed between tech architecture V2 and V3.

• Future Vision reframe — V2 audio explicitly post-revenue

05 · Session Handoff Doc — V0.2

Word document. The running handoff summary used to open each new session. Contains the current state of all thinking: what REPLOT is, current document set, what's still open.

06 · V2.0 Addendum — Unformatted

The thinking from the RPLT v2.0 session. Contains the pivot to the continuous learning / exocortex model. Not yet formatted into a standalone document.

• Exocortex framing — "Collaborating with a version of yourself that remembers everything"
• Feed Folder — passive, always-on corpus building
• Weighted learning — Core DNA / Explore / Noodle
• Style Prison mitigation — Stretch slider

Status: Ready to be formatted as a standalone document or integrated into the Concept Paper as Part 4.
